Wilfrid Laurier University professor Alison Blay-Palmer says the world is at a crossroads for biodiversity loss and climate change and what we need to be talking about is agriculture biodiversity. Blay-Palmer is the director of the Laurier Centre for Sustainable Food Systems and the UNESCO Chair on Food, Biodiversity and Sustainability Studies.
