Ellis Christian Women’s Job Corps honors school district s health director Daily Light report Waxahachie ISD Director of Health and Wellness Melissa Bousquet, RN BSN, has received the ROSE Award from the Ellis Christian Women’s Job Corps. This was the third year for the organization to give the ROSE Award, which stands for Recognition of Service Excellence. This award recognizes two women in business, two women in ministry, and a pastor s wife, along with a partner, volunteer, and alumni of the year for the ministry.  ECWJC accepts nominations from the community from Jan. 1 - Feb. 14 each year, and from the nominations, the committee chose individuals they felt have served the community well.
