SIBU (May 2) The construction of the Sibu Autistic Association’s (SAA) new building is expected to start either third or fourth quarter of this year, said SAA president David Ngu.

He has to put up with excruciating pain in his back due to a gun pellet which cannot be removed.
The bullet, which is about the size of a sago worm, has been in his body for at least 48 years.
Latih, who retired in 2003, said he experiences terrible pain during cold weather or in an air-conditioned room.
