Peoria, IL, USA 104.9 The Wolf Peoria Police Department Tuesday afternoon shooting in the 1800 block of N. North. Officers found an adult male at the scene with a gunshot wound to the hand and was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Information gathered determined there was an altercation between the man and a woman. When the man tried to leave the scene, 39-year-old Latisha Bailey fired a gun into the vehicle. Bailey was found around 8 p.m. Tuesday night in the 500 block of NE Glen Oak and taken to the Peoria Police Department Criminal Investigations Division. Bailey was arrested for Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon. ....
