PNP chief Gen. Dionardo Carlos administered the oath-taking, donning, and pinning of rank insignias to the newly appointed police commissioned officers (NAPCOs). One doctor was appointed to the initial rank of Captain with a basic monthly salary of PHP56,582.00. The rest, composed of a nurse, nutritionist, and technical service and line officers were appointed Lieutenant with a basic monthly salary of PHP49,528.00, allowances, and other cash and non-cash benefit ....
