The phrase a colloquial way to ask someone Would you like some coffee? has always been a household staple for Nicaraguan-Canadian sisters Maria Fiallos and Valeria Fiallos-Soliman.
The daughters of a third-generation coffee grower decided to venture into the male-dominated coffee roasting business and create their own brand of custom-roasted blends called Las Chicas del Cafe. The business has been standing strong for 15 years.
