We all know how those horror movies end. And saying ubers negligence, fraud, misleading statements and other unlawful actions cause plaintiffs sexual assaults, which humiliated, degraded, violated and robbed plaintiffs of their dignity. The second case involves a similar situation, involving another woman that was assaulted by a driver in charleston, South Carolina, this was back in august. The lawsuit asking for uber to make changes including implementing a pool Customer Support Center Background checks and tamper proof video cameras in cars. Uber is responding tonight, releasing this statement to us in just the last 10 minutes. And telling them the drivers involved that they no longer work with the company.
