District 38 Republicans have announced the appointment of JoAnne Radermacher to fill the North Dakota House of Representatives seat vacated with the resignation
They're touting a number of current and former lawmakers, as well as new candidates. It also makes a vague promise of legislation aimed at fixing problems with the measure pointed out by critics.
