Police say woods had just stabbed someone on a bus. He refused to drop his knife then approached an officer. Thats when five officers fired rounds, killing woods. Today the mayor agreed the video was disturbing and he says hes directed the chief to take specific immediate steps to ensure Police Officers have more options to deal with situations with a minimum use of force.
