THE STANDARD NORTH EASTERN Concern is rising in Garissa after a citizen was reportedly shot dead by the OCS Garissa County Michael Munyalo Wambua on Saturday night in DRC area along Bula Sheikh Road. Speaking to The Standard, the deceased’s wife Stellah Makena aged 21 confirmed that the husband was shot dead after a confrontation ensued at the DRC Club and he, Kimathi Moriss Kaliunga, 28 was fatally shot at the back while crossing the road. In a quick rejoinder, the Garissa County Commander Ranson Lolmodoni confirmed the incident saying they have already visited the scene, documented statements by witnesses and the matter is now in the hands of DCIO. ....
