By using d covan set theory we can segregate houseless households from those who have .having done this dedicate 12 to 60 feet above land mass on mon agri as aff space drawing rights zone.please create cubical zones ofc459 into 12,900 into 12,1350 into 12 in 12,24,36,48 feet high and allot this cubic numbered for houseless. These cubic landless,houseless will get shelterable space by reserving 50 percent fsi whenever fsi is created. Landed gets fsi,but what does a land less get. These numbered space drawing rights will be matched with nearest matching space ....
