Rodeo arena maintenance and scheduling were the highlight of discussion last week between the city and a newly organized local rodeo association. During a workshop prior to the Lampasas City Council meeting on April 22, council members and representatives from the County of Lampasas Rodeo Association discussed the draft of an Access and Use Agreement for the arena at the 580 Sports Complex.
Joey and Vicki McQueen receive recognition as the Misti Talbert Community Champions from the Lampasas City Council last Monday evening.
