Dec. 7, 8:10 p.m. Brittany N. Robbins, 23, 5247 Old Oxford Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive. Dec. 6, 5:09 p.m. Following a call to a Spartan Drive residence regarding a runaway youth, a 16-year-old Boardman boy was charged with unruly juvenile. 2:15 p.m. Andre K. Williams, 27, and Tanyce C.
