LAKEMORE Following weeks of discussion, Lakemore Village Council April 18 approved an increase in trash rates through Kimble Co., effective Sept. 1. Village officials said residents have continued to pay the $17 per month rate they paid in the prior contract with Republic Services since the Kimble contract was approved last August, while discussions
