After learning the same Police Officer was involved in another shooting related death last year sunday andersons family released balloons in wauwatosas madison park. Jay anderson was sitting in a parked car in that park on june 23rd when he was shot. Police say the officer went to investigate the suspicious vehicle. And saw that anderson had a reaching for the weapon. The officer fired. The case is in the hands of the district attorneys office. The family was shown a 20 second clip of the incident.
