Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail Trail mileage: Approx. 101 miles (some incomplete) Out-and-back ride: Approx. 202 miles Surface type: Paved, crushed limestone Ride ideas: For an urban bike ride, consider starting at the Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation and biking north on the Towpath. The new section would be part of the regional Nakwema Trailway system. The public is invited to a virtual presentation that will take place 5:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, via Zoom (passcode: 377618).
