when learning of the incident. the school always has maintained rigorous staff training. four men are in custody tonight following a wild shoot out in brooklyn that left an unmarked police car with shattered windows and blown out tires. nypd commissioner was back at the scene today to get briefed on the violence. authorities say one of the suspects shot at the vehicle numerous times last night. other officers returned fire shooting the gunman in the leg. one of those members who has been identified who lives in that development opened fire on them. he shot at them seven times. none of the undercover officers were hurt. police say they were in the fort green area to investigate a recent triple murder when the gunfire erupted. charges against all four suspects are pending. an ex-nypd officer is under arrest in the death of his wife. he s charged with her murder. last week in their lake grove home that they shared with their five children. police took him into custody on
