Michael Fogelsong waived his preliminary hearing with Painesville Municipal Courts, meaning the case will be reviewed by a Lake County Court of Common Pleas grand jury. The suspect’s attorney asked for a bond lower than the $100,000 bail that was set due to his cancer diagnosis and medical appointments, but the judge said Fogelsong remains a flight risk and must remain monitored. ....
