Now caltrans has to do maintenance on the tables along the western span of the bridge so the 25,000 white lights have to come down. We spoke with the founder of the project here ben davis this morning. This morning its beautiful. This morning is about love and community and generosity all the effort that everyone put into this, shining for the past two years. Behind me you see the phillips 66 refinery. This, a hurricane, is targeting the very heart of u. S. Oil refining capabilities. I dont know any other way to say it about 80 of that refining capability shut down including this phillips 66 refinery here just outside of lake charles, indiana i should say louisiana.
