Clinic and investigation is under way into the cause of a fire at a block of student flats in bolton. Witnesses say the blaze spread quickly to the upper floors, prompting concerns about the cladding on the block. Two people we re cladding on the block. Two people were injured. When we were running down the stairs, it was getting higher and higher and catching really quickly.
