BMW managed quite a performance this year winning the title for the most attractive employer in the world in the automotive niche. This is a repeat performance from the Bavarian car maker who managed the same feat nine consecutive times, the first award being claimed in 2012. This is part of the German-held Trendence Young Professionals Barometer that seeks to find out which companies are most sought after by professionals and which have the best reputation.
At the same time, a majority of students in Germany rated the BMW Group among the top companies this year, earning it second place in the business category in the Trendence Graduate Barometer 2020. BLG Logistics and Eurokai appoint new CEO
The EUROGATE Group shareholders BLG LOGISTICS and EUROKAI have appointed Christian Lankenau as the new HR Director in the Group Management Board of EUROGATE GmbH & Co. KGaA, KG. Effective from January 1, 2021, he will succeed Ulrike Riedel, who became Board member of BLG LOGISTICS as Labour Relations Director on July 1, 2020 and continues to act as HR Director of the EUROGATE Group on an interim basis until December 31, 2020. In his new role, Christian Lankenau will be responsible for HR, legal affairs and internal audit.
Christian Lankenau, born in 1977, completed an apprenticeship as a banker and studied business administration at the universities of Bremen (GER), Leeds (UK) and Caen (F), graduating with a diploma in business administration.
