Dimapur, Oct. 2 (EMN): Ao Students’ Union Kohima (ASUK) celebrated its 62nd foundation day at Molu Ki on October 1 with T Lanusenla Longkumer, administrator of Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) as the speaker. Speaking on the occasion, Lanusenla Longkumer gave a detailed modern-day perspective on the motto of the union “Learn Labour Achieve.” She encouraged the students to learn with a definite goal and objective in mind and take up studies and courses in which they have interests and in which they believe they could excel. She has emphasised on the need to work hard and pointed out that one’s work culture is directly related to successes or failures in one’s ventures. She reminded that achieving success or passing an exam is not the end but the starting of a new life and journey and encouraged all to work towards further improving themselves by setting new goals and scaling newer heights.
