The district administration and health department in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, has launched an initiative called 'Lab Mitra' in collaboration with HDFC Bank and Three Eye Consulting Institute to provide easy access to pathology test reports for patients. This online platform allows patients to receive their test reports on their mobile phones, eliminating the need to wait in queues at government hospitals. Since April 2023, over 1.5 lakh patients have benefited from this service across 19 medical units in the district. ....
