House on the 1300 block of west butler street completely sealed up after Philadelphia Police say on sunday several boys abduction add 13yearold girl and sexually assaulted her inside the house. Police are looking for those attackers while neighbors say its just one of the problems with lifeless home on the north philly block. This is where they hung out the teenagers they come over here and smoke and running in and out of the house. L and i officials tell fox 29 they originally went out to seal abandoned house last april and neighbors say more boarding up was done a few weeks ago. But we found the front door unsealed and contracted open. Definitely got to be sealed more. Thats anybody can just break that down. Go through the back or whatever. Reporter whats more, a back upstairs window was left wide open after someone apparently pulled off the boarding and could have stood on this bucket to do it. Situation that happened just ....
