At King Arthur Baking Company, one of the nation’s largest flour producers, sales increased by around 600% in the month of March alone, before plateauing at around a 300% increase in April. Dining in New York City this year was chaotic, to say the least. Much of it took place on curbsides, in backyards and on park benches, or pulled from takeout containers and delivery bags.
