Plaintiff Kyle Allen Rusness was in custody at Becker County Jail (“BCJ”) from January 17, 2015, to February 3, 2015, at which time BCJ staff transported him to a hospital. Mr. Rusness brings this action alleging five counts against Becker County and its personnel under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Minnesota common law. Defendants move for summary judgment on all counts. ECF No. 57. For the reasons stated below, summary judgment for Defendants is granted on all five counts. ....
