Kuwait New Cinema Festival from May 25 to May 27: Dr Al-Failakawi - ARAB TIMES

Fest a celebration of artistic, cultural and media creativity of the people of Kuwait
KUWAIT CITY, May 9: The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Artists and Media Syndicate in Kuwait, Dr. Nabil Al-Failakawi, announced that the Syndicate will organize the Kuwait New Cinema Festival from May 25 to May 27 under the auspices of the Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, reports Al-Rai daily. Al-Failakawi said in a press statement the initiative of the Minister of Information comes in support of the youth to celebrate the artistic, cultural and media creativity of the people of Kuwait. He praised Minister Al-Mutairi’s directives to affirm the name of Kuwait, celebrate the generations of the artistic craft in the field of cinema, and open the doors for cooperation with the specialized bodies, foremost among which is the Ministry of Information, as well as the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature. ....
