Uniindia: Agartala, July 9 (UNI) A day after being sworn in as a legislator, Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday removed Chief Secretary Kumar Alok and posted him as Director of State Institute of Public Administration with immediate effect.As an interim arrangement, the Principal Secretary to CM J K Sinha - a 1996 batch IAS officer - has been asked to take over from Kumar Alok who was absent at the oath-taking ceremony of Saha on Friday as a legislator. ....
