Hes accused of eating marijuana infused candy and killing his wife. And today we could learn if richard kirk is mentally fit to stand trial. We are live covering that case. Reporter after more of a year in delays in his Mental Health evaluation the report is finally ready. A judge will review and he will decide today if richard kirk is fitted stand trial. Last September Kirk changed his plea to guilty by reason of insanity and a judge will review that report and decide whether to set the case for for treatment.
