We didnt know exactly which direction they were coming from because we didnt know necessarily where all the shooting was. There was conflicting reports about multiple reports of shooting throughout the city. So police were in place very early on. They had squad cards lined up against groups of them in riot gear. Lined up against groups of them with long rifles aiming at different positions. Because they are getting different reports in.
