Committee, this is an hour and a half. Today the committee will examine the Justice Departments enforcement of a Foreign Agents registration act. I want to thank the witnesses here today for working with the committee to schedule this hearing. I know that some of you even had to change your travel plans and i want you to know that the committee appreciates your cooperation. We had to postpone this hearing while trying to schedule two new witnesses and obtain the cooperation of a third who was first invited on july the 5th.
