A Collinsville man has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of a couple whose bodies were found Monday in Washington County.
Wesley Brock Pavey, 32, was booked in the Tulsa County Jail after leading deputies of the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and Washington County Sheriff’s Office to the bodies of Sherri and Kraig Chambers, which were located near Vera, about 2½ miles north of the county line.
When the Collinsville couple could not be reached Saturday, family members requested TCSO perform a welfare check, TCSO Communications Director Casey Roebuck said.
“We went out and found physical evidence in the home that led us to believe the couple had possibly met with foul play,” she said.
