On April 7, residents of Kasindi, a rural town crossed borders with Uganda, barricaded the road to prevent a MONUSCO convoy from crossing and passing through this part of Beni territory. Amidst of the clashes, the security services including the army (FARDC), proceeded with live fire until they reached demonstrators.
