福島県内の女性社長7.2% 低水準全国39位、高齢化も進む:福島民友ニュース:福島民友新聞社 みんゆうNet

 業歴別でみると、設立から「10年未満」の企業で8・9%と最も高く、「100年以上」が8・8%、「10~19年」が8・5%と続いた。  社長の年代別では6割以上が60歳以上で、「70~74歳」が18・1%に上るなど後継者不足などを背景に高齢化が進んでいる現状が浮き彫りとなった。  社長に就任した経緯は、夫や父親などから引き継いだ「同族承継」が51・5%を占め、次いで「創業者」が35・9%。業種別では不動産業18・3%、サービス業9・8%、小売業9・2%の順となった。  また、地域別の女性社長比率は、安達郡が9・2%でトップ。福島市と双葉郡が8・3%で続き、最も低いのは田村市の2・3%。出身大学別では、郡山女子大短期大学部が9人と最多で、福島大5人、明治大4人�
