The state-run Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is seeing tangible results, such as inking format deals with overseas producers and winning awards, through its support for small and medium-sized production companies struggling through the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the coronavirus, broadcasting production has gone through hardships more than ever. But despite the circumstances, I extend my respect to the local small and medium-sized production companies for showing a glowing success, Lee Do-hyeong, head of the Broadcasting Division at KOCCA, said in a statement.
