Belarus shows interest in developing cooperation with Kazakhstan in
building up IT competencies, Belarusian Communications and
Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan said at a panel discussion
at the ITU Regional Development Forum for the CIS 2024.

Shulgan met with Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and
Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin in Astana.
Top-ranking government officials, heads, specialists of government agencies and relevant organizations took part in the council's work. There were two items on the agenda: the creation of a 5G mobile telecommunication network in the country and the approval of criteria and indicators for classifying projects as strategic ones.
