(Bloomberg) U.S. vaccine advisers reaffirmed support for Johnson & Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccine in a split vote after reviewing reports of rare blood clots that prompted a 10-day pause for the shot. Regulators could decide to resume use of the vaccine as soon as Friday evening.
