Mamie Constance Jacobson, “Connie” reunited with our Lord on April 20th, 2022, surrounded by family at home. The nicest, sweetest lady ever known, Connie blessed everyone she encountered with warm smiles, kind words and a twinkle in her eye. Her abundant love of family and friends was often delivered through her sweet jams and delicious rosette cookies. We are grateful and humbled to know that her work will continue in Heaven. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 7th at MapleRidge Church, 13400 Maple Knoll Way, Maple Grove, MN 55369. Visitation at 10:00am, service at 11:00am.
