Yarn bombers attack Workington park Workington’s Vulcan Park has been transformed with a bright and colourful yarn bomb display. Yarn bombing is a creative way to decorate outdoor spaces and involves attaching knitted displays to trees, benches, and railings. Workington Town Council organised the activity and asked local residents to donate knitted squares and textile pieces that have been incorporated into the displays.
