After an intense storm Thursday night that hit Draper especially hard, neighbors did not hesitate to head out and help homeowners clean up destructive flooding damage.

The sale included 14 buildings on a 10.5-acre property at 190 Old Farms Road in Avon, as well as a house on a small lot surrounded by the storage property.
The facility was sold by Avon Self-Storage LLC, based in Avon, to Trea SP IV Avon CT LLC, in a deal the town logged Jan. 3. The buying limited liability company shares a Salt Lake City address with Extra Storage Space, which describes itself as the second largest operator of self-storage facilities in the U.S.
