对此，医院在7月21日当天组织起了转院工作。
7月21日晚间，郑州大学第一附属医院核医学科主任韩星敏告诉澎湃新闻记者，该院的河医院区停水停电，危重症患者今天已经转院，其所负责的核医学科河医院区负一楼进水，部分设备被淹，郑东院区则没受影响。
医院的影像医疗设备在洪涝中受损严重，很大的一个原因是，CT、X光机等存在辐射问题，加上体积大、重量大，不容易搬运，往往被设置在医院的负一层或一层，或者是单独的一栋一层建筑，当洪水来袭，更容易中招。
