A 41-year-old Seattle man was in custody Tuesday after he was chased down by a motorist whose vehicle was apparently targeted with rocks and debris thrown from the side of Interstate 90, authorities said.
Abdinasir Audeer was booked in the King County Jail Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, a judge found probable cause for four counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon. He remained at the King County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail. ....
