General Manager Dale Johnson joined Kimpton Palladian Hotel Seattle earlier this year to lead the property s hotel and F&B operations. Dale brings decades of hospitality operations experience, including several years of general manager experience at another Kimpton property in the Pacific Northwest. Dale began his career with Hilton, honing his leadership skills in markets across the United States including at the Embassy Suites in Memphis, DoubleTree in Boston and Campbell, CA, and the Inn at Penn in Philadelphia. Dale joined Kimpton in 2021 as general manager at Kimpton Hotel Vintage in Portland, where he successfully relaun ched the property s food and beverage program. Dale holds a degree from Southern Illinois University and resides in Seattle. In his spare time, Dale is an avid traveler and enjoys photography.
