Four neighboring East Granby warehouses just outside Bradley International Airport sold for $6.2 million in March.
The pre-finished, metal-sided warehouses at 7-17 Bradley Park Road range in size from 35,200 to 40,924 square feet, for a total of 153,672 square feet of space on an 8.6-acre property. The buildings were built between 1979 to 2011, according to town assessing records.
Stratford-based Wiehl Holdings II LLC sold the property to Bradley Park Property Owner LLC in a deal logged March 31. ....
