Men indicted on pandering charges By Kyle Shaner - [email protected] SIDNEY – Two men were indicted Feb. 18 by the Shelby County grand jury on charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity involving a minor. Bradley A. Stangel, 30, at large, was indicted on 20 charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, each a second degree felony. Stangel is accused of reproducing material showing minors participating or engaging in sexual activity from May 2, 2019, to Jan. 2, 2020. Kenneth D. Marker, 25, of Minster, was indicted on 19 charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, each a fourth degree felony.
