Head of streaming sales and operations, Jonathan Mandel, has also been promoted. Mandel is now head of digital sales and operations, and will be responsible for driving on-network digital revenue for SCA with a focus on audio, social, video and display. According to SCA, the new team will work “independently” from its radio sales team. The media company’s chief executive, Grant Blackley, last week told reporters he hopes LiSTNR will be taken up by 15 million Australians aged over 18 and hinted at more talent acquisitions following the move into live talk radio with shock jock Steve Price. ....
