May have started with an argument over a parking spot. Well when i heard the gunshots, i came running out because my husband and daughter were here. Reporter less than 24 hours ago kim lynch was running across the street to the scene at a shooting at a gas station in vallejo and saw a man standing with a gun and another man laying lifeless on the ground. And i said who are you and he said im an officer and he showed me a badge on his belt so i said okay. Reporter an off dufty officer was involved and the other man was pronounced dead on the scene from gunshot wounds and since identified as vallejo native eric reason. They have not disclosed what led to the shooting but the wife of the offduty officer told her husband this may have been a result of an argument over a parking spot. He approached our car and he pulled a gun on us. And she said, they were arguing over the parking and approached about us parking in that spot.
