Photo by Jessica Vaughn By Jessica Vaughn FOLEY - Throughout Baldwin County, construction has been slow going since Hurricane Sally devastated the area in September 2020. The Snook Family YMCA has felt these complications as well. The building was left in shambles after Sally tore off patches of the roof and water flooded down nearly every inch of the interior. While the exterior hid the inner destruction, once you stepped inside the impact was immediate. The building had to be gutted following the storm. ....
