She joined Vermont Adult Learning in 2021, entering the organization in her role as Regional Director. “VAL’s mission resonates with me,” Sizelove said. “I felt motivated to dedicate my time and use my skills to contribute to the success of Vermonters.”

CVHHH has record fall appeal with $80,000 raised

Tue, 01/19/2021 - 3:08am tim Vermont Business Magazine Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) has announced that the 2020 Fall Appeal, which was chaired by Ed and Trish Read of Fayston, brought in $80,000. This is the most successful appeal in recent years with close to 500 donors contributing. CVHHH would like to extend sincere thanks to Ed and Trish for supporting this campaign at such a critical time. CVHHH will use funds raised to support programs and services, including telehealth, which has expanded in the past ten months and for which CVHHH does not receive full reimbursement for services provided. During the pandemic, CVHHH found new ways to embrace virtual and video visits to enhance patient care, supplement in-person visits, provide important check-ins with Central Vermonters, and to reduce opportunities for COVID-19 transmission in the community.
