From the indications i got, they did not rush the shooter. The shooter can only shoot one person at a time. He cannot shoot a whole group of people. It was never forecast to go to Puerto Vallarta and hit this town of mans nil low. It will be hit with 30 to 40foot storm surge, 200 miles an hour. Another town farther to the north by 20 miles. This is the area well see. Understand, i know this is a huge number, 200 Miles Per Hour but that number is really only about 8 or 10 miles across.
